Just a brief note: I've removed the link to YouTube in the menu because I've "hidden" the YouTube channel. I did this because there are a lot of tutorial videos that I keep getting asked questions about, but those videos are several years old and out of date. I'm tired of fielding those questions.

With the YouTube channel hidden, there may be a few posts here on the web site that link to or embed videos that no longer seem to exist. My apologies for this a head of time.
