With the advances in artificial intelligence (especially machine learning), data analysis, and robotics, society is reaching a point where, once again, our technology might be evolving faster than our moral compass. With calls for more philosophy in our data science, and the specific need for software engineers to be cognizant of the ethical implications of the software that they build, ethics as a discipline is coming to the forefront of engineering.

In this episode, we talk about the ethical implications of machine learning when data isn't properly evaluated and cleaned. We also talk about the human/computer interface, and what evolving intelligence in machines means for our relationships with them.
